Before You Book
Pricing is discussed openly during your complimentary consultation. You'll receive a written treatment plan with transparent numbers before anything is drawn up — no hidden fees, no deposit to book. Reserve a complimentary consultation to receive a transparent plan.
Nurse Kati Head, RN, personally performs every injection — nothing is delegated to another injector. Prescriptions and controlled acts are authorized by our on-site NP Medical Director under a written Medical Directive. Read our clinical oversight details →
Your first 45-minute consultation with Nurse Kati is complimentary. No deposit required. It covers facial assessment, a written plan, and honest pricing. We welcome reschedules with 24 hours’ notice and we never add hidden fees. You are under no obligation to book a treatment that day.
Every treatment carries risk; in 15 years of practice in Yorkville, Nurse Kati has built a low-complication record by using conservative dosing, anatomic planning, and reversible products where possible. Hyaluronidase is stocked on site to reverse hyaluronic-acid filler if needed. Complex concerns are reviewed with our NP Medical Director; true emergencies are referred to Mount Sinai or Toronto General. After-hours concerns reach Nurse Kati directly within a clinic business day.
We plan for this. Conservative first treatments, staged dosing, and a two-week review are standard. If we used a hyaluronic-acid filler and you’re unhappy, it can usually be reversed. Botox results are temporary and adjustments are welcome. Honest conversation at the two-week follow-up is part of every treatment at the Yorkville clinic.
Our Yorkville suite at 182 Davenport Rd is a private, by-appointment space — no open waiting rooms, no shared treatment areas. Your appointment is the only appointment on the schedule during your visit. Discretion is the default, not a request.
